Capturing those perfectly imperfect and timeless moments is what drove us to first pick up a camera, but human connection is what has kept us inspired all these years. We believe we were put on this Earth to notice and document those tiny moments that tell your story. Whether you decide to elope in Yosemite National Park, say your vows to each other over looking the Grand Canyon, or get married at a cute little venue in the middle of a forest- we are all for it!
Although we are a nomad at heart and love nothing more than traveling around to document your wildest adventures, the one place that has always felt like home to us is with each other. When we are not being your favorite third wheel, you can usually find us exploring a new national park, sitting down by the beach at Lake Powell drinking a couple High Noons or cuddling with our favorite Shihtzu, Ruffles.
We both met working at the same Costco. Andre jokingly told his co-worker that he was going to marry Ally one day. One year later, Andre made the first move and sent her a facebook message...
After talking for a few weeks, we met up at the LA County Fair with Ally's friends. We hugged for the first time and Andre even stepped on Ally's toes by accident...
Andre asked Ally out on another date on Halloween night. We ate at a really fancy Italian restuarant, drove up to the Griffith Observatory in LA, where Andre officially asked Ally to be his girlfriend.
Andre rented out the cutest cabin in Big Bear and proposed to Ally in front of our family and friends. Of course, she said YES!
We tied the knot and had an intimate ceremony with just our immediate family and close friends at Yosemite National Park.
We rebranded Andre Justin Vega Photography and Ally & Andre Photo + Film was born!
Andre worked his very FIRST wedding and had Ally join him to help with equipment. The business was called Andre Justin Vega Photography.

Hey there, I'm Ally! I'm your gal who will fix your hair, bustle your dress and throw you a pack of tissues to wipe those happy tears while you watch your partner walk down the aisle (true story by the way!). Before I became a full-time photographer, I was a preschool teacher for 5 years and then became a Behavior Therapist for children on the Autism Spectrum for another 5 years. Working with children was such a big part of my life but when the opportunity opened up for me to take on photography full-time, I took the chance and have zero regrets!
Some fun facts about me; I consider myself both an introvert and extrovert, I'm a sucker for sweets, my hair is actually really curly but I like to straighten it and I love Kacey Musgraves. When I'm not working, you can find me spending my time outdoors camping with my husband, hiking, mountain biking, or relaxing at home with our cute pup, Ruffles.
Being able to capture other people's special moments in life has been such a blast and I couldn't be more grateful that I get to do this for a living. Especially, with my best friend and talented husband, Andre!
Howdy, I'm Andre! Photography became a part of my life back in 2015, when I bought my very first camera. With many hours and days of learning and the help of Youtube, I decided to turn my favorite hobby into a career. My favorite things in life are coffee, listening to comedy podcasts and finding the best spots to camp and cook outdoors with friends and family.
Some fun facts about me; I enjoy cooking, I'm the oldest sibling, my biggest fear is public speaking and I'm not a big fan of the summer heat- unless I'm on vacation, sitting by a lake with a cold drink in my hand.
When I'm not sitting in front of a computer editing or shooting weddings, I like to spend my free time listening to records, working on some type of truck project and watering our 35+ plants we have at home.
