No, all final photos delivered will be edited and we do not include the RAW photos.  As for film, yes, we do include RAW unedited footage such as the full ceremony, speeches, dances, etc.

Yes, absolutely! After booking and paying the retainer in full, we can split the balance up into 2-3 payments, upon request. The payment due dates would be stated on your proposal and will receive friendly reminders when they are due. Final payment is due 3 weeks before your wedding date.

If you already paid your retainer for your date, the retainer is legally non-refundable and you would need to pay another 20% retainer to reserve a new date.

If you booked our photo+film packages, both of us (Ally & Andre) will be in charge of one service each. For example, Ally on photo and Andre on film. If Photo + Film is booked with added second shooters, there will be a total of 4 people working the day of (Ally + second shooter & Andre + second shooter). If you are undecided if you need second shooters or not, please reach out and we can help you decide what works best for you!

How long is the final edited highlight film

A full wedding day (8+ hours) will receive 400-600+ photos.

We do minor edits such as softing the skin, removal of blemishes, acne, burn marks or anything that we know isn’t permanent but never alter the body or face that completely change your appearance or body image. 
 

We do not include albums in our packages but they are available to order through your gallery link!  Your gallery link comes with a professional print shop that gives you the option to order albums, prints, calendars, canvas prints, framed prints, etc.  The professional print shop is active until your galley link expires.  

Final photos are delivered through a gallery link that we email you when completed.  You can view, download, and share all your photos with family and friends through this link.  Your family and friends are also able to download any photos they wish to have straight to their phone or desktop. Wedding gallery links are active for 6 months after delivery. Couples, Adventure and Family session gallery links are all active for 3 months after delivery. 

Film is uploaded to a YouTube link and your online gallery where you can share with family and friends to view.

How are the photos or film delivered?

Yes. Any wedding venue or engagement session destination over 100miles from Ontario, a travel fee is added to accommodate our travel there and stay, if needed.  The price of an Adventure Couples Session includes up to 5 hours of travel.  Locations more than 5+ hours do have a small travel fee added. 

Do couples pay for your travel for destination weddings/adventure sessions?

We are from Southern California, (Ontario, CA) but will travel anywhere!
